javaBin, the Java User Group in Norway, is for the sixth year in a row arranging JavaZone (see JavaZone 2006 and JavaZone 2005), a conference on Software Development and Java Technology.
JavaZone 2007 will take place in Oslo, September 12-13 at Oslo Spektrum.
javaBin is an idealistic organization established in 1996 by a group of Java enthusiasts. The group has since then evolved to be Europe's biggest and most active group for the promotion of Java.
The JavaZone conference has a technological profile, and is probably best described as a miniature JavaOne. JavaZone 2007 is offering a combination of tuturials, 80-90 technical talks and an exhibition in an intimate atmosphere with an expected number of 2000-2400 participants. The talks are roughly 50% norwegian and 50% english. ClubZone

javaBin is an independent, idealistic organization established in 1996 by a group of Java-enthusiasts. We arrange monthly meetings in Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim and Oslo, each including 2-3 talks on Java related subjects. In addition to a great number of Norwegian Java experts, our members have also had the pleasure of listening to talks of internationally known experts such as Kent Beck, John Crupi, Kevlin Henney, Joshua Bloch, Trygve Reenskaug, Rickard Öberg, Ed Roman, Aslak Hellesøy and Jørgen Anfindsen.
